  • Led a cross-functional team across UX/UI, Frontend, Backend, Mobile, QA, and AI in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
  • Designed and developed the backend using NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Prisma with modular architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Implemented secure auth with JWT, RBAC, refresh-token sessions, password hashing, and input validation.
  • Implemented real-time communication using WebSockets, notifications, and chat.
